    A Yoga studio offering a comprehensive wellness experience. In addition to our signature yoga classes that promote flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, we offer invigorating strength and conditioning sessions designed to build muscular strength, endurance, and overall physical performance.
  • Where is Soulfit?
    277 Main Road Sea Point, on the second floor of the Adelphi Galleria
  • Is there parking available?
    The centre offers paid undercover parking and there is plenty of paid and free on-street parking around the centre.
  • Are there shower facilities at Soulfit?
    Yes, our studio is equipped with both men's and ladies' changing rooms, each featuring showers and ample space for your comfort and convenience. You can freshen up and prepare for your day after your workout with ease.
  • What style of yoga do we offer?
    We primarily focus on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, offering a balanced blend of these dynamic styles. However, with a diverse team of instructors, we also provide exposure to various other yoga styles and disciplines. This variety ensures that our practitioners experience different techniques and approaches, enriching their practice and allowing them to discover what resonates best with them.
  • Do we only offer group classes?
    Soulfit also offers private one on one sessions with well trained yoga teachers and personal trainers.
  • What are the Strength and Conditioning classes?
    Our Strength and Conditioning group classes are designed to elevate your fitness journey with a focus on functional training.   • Why Yoga and Strength and Conditioning?
    Mobility and strength work are essential for maintaining a healthy and functional body and mind, and they serve different but complementary roles. Together, mobility and strength work create a balanced foundation. While mobility ensures that your joints and muscles can move without restriction, strength ensures that your body can handle the stresses placed on it. Incorporating both into your fitness routine leads to a more resilient body, better performance, and a reduced risk of injury.
  • How do I book for the classes?
    To book your classes, simply follow the link below to download our easy-to-use app. The app will guide you through the booking process, allowing you to choose and schedule and pay for your classes effortlessly. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help. Use the chat feature on our website or APP Enjoy the convenience of managing your classes at your fingertips!
  • What if I’m a beginner?
    We aim for our classes to be accessible to all levels, but do recommend that beginners try to attend our ‘Yoga, The Basics’ class or any of Will Lindeque’s classes were he focuses on alignment cues and adjustments for beginners or bodies with injuries. Keep an eye on the description of the classes when you book as some of our teachers will challenge you, but always feel free to lie down and rest when you need it.
